Today i am going to share some random shots. On Saturday i went out with my family to have dinner. We decided to have Sajji. It is one of my favourite dishes.

I live in Punjab so this dish doesn't belong to my province it is originating from the Balochistan. Balochistan is a province of Pakistan. Well originally this dish consists of the whole lamb but you can have this in chicken as well. cooking process of this dish is pretty awesome i love the way they make it like, first of all, they marinated whole chicken with salt. If it is lamb then they use green papaya in the marination. If you love food then you probably know the purpose of papaya in meat. Green papaya or raw papaya usually use for tenderizing meat. So after marination, they stuffed a whole chicken with rice and some spices and then roasted over coals.

We had a family dinner in this restaurant. This restaurant has some traditional touch. It all depends on your choice where you want to sit either outside or inside of a restaurant. Well, we decided we'd sit out and have dinner.
