BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:00 P.M.) - Military exercise resumed at the Miroslawiec Military Air Base on Friday, as part of the annual Saber Strike-18 manoeuvres.

Soldiers from the North Atlantic Alliance, the 6th Airborne Krakow Brigade as well as soldiers from Italy, Spain and Israel demonstrated their flying and parachuting skills.

Some 18,000 troops from 19 countries reportedly participated in the training.

Poland had the second largest number of soldiers (around 5,000), and it presented some 1,000 vehicles and military equipment units.
