India claims Pakistani drone shot down along border region

As reported by the media outlet, the UAV violated Indian airspace at around 19-30 local time. This comes shortly after ANI news agency reported that a drone was shot down over the city of Bikaner. Pakistani authorities haven't yet commented on the information yet, while the news follows an unprecedented escalation between New Delhi and Islamabad, which culminated in a dogfight over Kashmir, resulting in the downing of an Indian MiG-21, with its pilot being captured, and a Pakistani F-16 in late February. ISIS ambush kills 6 Syrian soldiers in eastern Syria

According to a military report from the ancient city of Palmyra, a group of Syrian Army soldiers were ambushed during their combing operation in the Dubayat area of eastern Homs. Israel is 'scared of new war': Hezbollah leader

ISIS claims 3 US soldiers killed in suicide attack in northern Syria
Published 2019-03-09 18:56:57 by News Desk in SyriaBEIRUT, LEBANON (6:40 P.M.) - The Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) alleged on Saturday that one of their terrorists carried out a suicide operation against a convoy belonging to the Syrian Democratic Force (SDF) in northern Syria. According to the Islamic State's official media wing, the terrorist Abu Abbas Al-Shami carried out the suicide attack along the Manbij Highway in eastern Aleppo. ISIS claimed the suicide attack resulted in the destruction of a vehicle and the death of three American soldiers onboard. Neither the U.S. Coalition or the Syrian Democratic Forces have corroborated these claims from the Islamic State.

Jihadists suffer heavy losses in failed attack on Syrian Army positions

Indian MiG-21 fighter jet goes down near Pakistan border
Published 2019-03-09 00:05:39 by News Desk in World-NewsAn Indian Air Force (IAF) MiG-21 has crashed outside the city of Bikaner, India, about 100 km from the Pakistani border, during a "routine mission," the Indian military has confirmed. The single-seater plane's pilot is reported safe, having successfully ejected. The IAF issued an official statement, which reads as follows: "[This] afternoon a MiG-21 aircraft on a routine mission crashed after getting airborne from Nal [Air Base] near Bikaner.
