BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:20 P.M.) - The Russian Ministry of Defense has denied reports of heavy casualties and material damage at the Hmeimim Airbase after the militants allegedly targeted the installation. According to the statement, the projectiles allegedly fell on the town of Rousah Afif near the Hmeimim Airbase and the port-city of Jableh. The militant attack claim was first reported by the Syrian state media; however, no footage or pictures were release to corroborate the alleged assault.
