BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 A.M.) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reportedly told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin that the de-escalation zone agreement could be jeopardized by a potential Syrian Army offensive in the Idlib Governorate, the Reuters News Agency reported on Sunday.

Citing a Turkish presidential source, Reuters reported that the two leaders discussed the Syrian Army's capture of Daraa and the potential issues that would arise if the latter carried out a similar operation in Idlib.
“President Erdogan stressed that the targeting of civilians in Deraa was worrying and said that if the Damascus regime targeted Idlib in the same way the essence of the Astana accord could be completely destroyed,” the source said.
Erdogan's fears come just days after the Syrian Arab Army announced that all of the rebel-held districts of Daraa city were under their control.
The capture of Daraa coincides with the Syrian government's plan to retake all Syrian territories that are currently outside of Damascus' control.
Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad recently stated during a televised interview that his government plans on retaking every inch of Syria from the foreign entities operating inside the country.
