World XI (LB)
The LB for the World XI is undisputedly Marcelo Viera. The Brazilian plays as a LB, however, uses the left side of the pitch to make fantastic runs and crosses into the box.
His incredible pace, turns, crosses and versatility on the left playing essentially as a LW makes him my first choice for LB.
Honourable mentions:
- David Alaba is much the same as Marcelo and outweighs his abilities in some aspects such as pace and shooting, however, was not impressive in his physical and dribbling.
