Don Lemon Sued For Sexual Assault, Denies Allegations

Don Lemon is being sued by a male bartender at a bar for allegedly sexually assaulting them. Why is CNN staying silent? Does their silence equal support for Don Lemon, no matter what he has done or who he has allegedly harmed? In the past, CNN has never shied away from going after regular citizens over much less. I guess they only defend and protect those who are of questionable character.
