Who, or What, is Torching California?
Natural fires, usually caused by lightning, burn forests, trees, vegetation, and a few homes. Now, it seems, the fires are "selectively" burning homes, and structures, while leaving the trees.

Utility’s equipment previously linked to 16 of the 2017 blazes.
PG&E equipment has already been blamed as the ignition source of 16 other fires in 2017. The newest report came from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in a statement on Tuesday. The Cascade fire destroyed 264 structures and killed four people.

I wonder how many of these structures have Smart Meters supplied by Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
(This reminds me of a puzzle, which when shaken, falls into place.)
Burning property is one thing, but taking human life, for profit, or an agenda, is unthinkable. Where is the investigation? Even if there is one, it will most likely be those responsible, who will be investigating themselves. (We know how that works.)
