That was a video from the satire site 'the onion' - so far from being 'admitted' - but the documents leaked by whistleblowers mean this might as well have been 'admitted'.
The onion is a good place to run truths through if you want people to believe the truth is satire. Many many media outlets with that purpose nowadays
Did you notice near the end of the video, the Chinese social network where the woman has contacts in the State Dept, and she brags about sharing, leaking to the Chinese?
Now it recently comes out about China spying, etc.
The onion was always one of my favorites in college. A college friend of mines dad owned a big share of it, he used to run a mutual fund.... that big money propaganda
I believe that over the years, many things on The Onion are real information being leaked out, i. e. satire was a more common cover for moving real information out, and that video from 2011, is turning out to be spot on.
Info wars functions the same way, but uses over the top fear porn instead of comedy
