Why my Paradise is Bleeding: Kashmir

Dear Steemians , today i am going to make you known what is happening in my country, popularly called by the people " the Paradise on Earth ".

Dear friends, in this materialistic world, everyone is after gathering more and more wealth while ignoring the most important aspects of life. Authors, artists, philosophers, scientists, intellectuals etc all are turning a blind eye towards the most important aspects of life, the aspects which guarantees peace, freedom to every human being on planet, brotherhood , crime free planet etc in the world. Before coming to my topic, i request all intellectuals of the world to give if not everything at least something to make this planet safe place for human beings.

The place popularly known as " the Paradise on Earth" is my Kashmir. This paradise has been turned into " Hell on Earth" by Indian occupation by violating human rights,raping women, torturing youths under back acts like AFASPA,PSA,PORTA etc, clearing forests and much more like this. It is important to mention here that the population of the Valley Kashmir is 70 lakh and the Indian occupational forces in Valley alone are 10 lakh. Our streets , mohallas, towns and cities are filled with forces. People cannot dare to come out from their homes after 8 pm . The illiterate soldier is killing phd scholars in my Valley. The right to freedom of all kinds has been snatched from the people of Valley. The international community is also turning a deaf ear to the voice of Valley.

The purpose of writing this article is to bring into your notice , so that you can help anyway these helpless people by your precious skills, so that people of Valley can breathe in a free air. My request is specially for those intellectuals who feels pain in their hearts while seeing barbarism against humanity. If you could not give your capacities towards humanity then who can do this, because you are the personalities who have given precious material things, all kinds of technology etc to the world. Now it is time to give something towards humanity in ethics , values etc , in order to reconstruct this planet once again.
