I would not be surprised, the PH is pretty loose on its regulations re: gambling. Am not an expert because I am no gambler but I can tell you I have been to PH casinos more than once. The casinos in the PH caters to different social status. There's a room for not so affluent gamblers but you also see the elites on the other side. Gambling is pretty normal in the PH, from small-time lotteries to online casinos and other online betting rings catering to South Koreans, Chinese and some Filipinos.

When it comes to Vietnamese food, most people immediately think of two things: pho and banh mi.

The introduction alone had me craving for Vietnamese dishes. I would like to say THRILLIST nailed it. However, I have not tried "Ca kho to". Will surely do when I am back in Vietnam.
