Don't doubt it at all. I see so many times when out in public, people do NOT wash their hands after using the restroom. I don't know how these people were raised but it's absolutely disgusting. Yeah my hands were mm away from shit and only safeguarded by thin paper but I'm not gonna wash. And especially not after touching my crusty dick....fuck that
