Venezuelan President was attacked, civilian UAVs opened a precedent for attacks on heads of state~~~

At about 5:41 p.m. local time on August 4th, the president of Venezuela, Maduro, was conducting an open television speech. Suddenly, a few unmanned aerial vehicles with explosives exploded near the platform.
當地時間8月4日下午5時41分左右，委內瑞拉總統馬杜羅正在進行公開電視演講，突然間，有幾架裝有炸藥的無人機在演講台附近發生了爆炸。

The assassination of the president of Venezuela was not a general weapon, a drone with a kilogram of heavy explosives, an unmanned aerial vehicle that tried to attack Maduro at the parade. Allegedly, when Maduro was assassinated, 3 UAVs exploded. The first was in front of the rostrum, the second was in the area of officers and family members on the right side of the rostrum, and the third UAV exploded near a building south of the rostrum. The explosion caused at least 7 National Guard soldiers to be injured, and thousands of parade soldiers fled.
由於這種小型無人機精准度不夠，加上安保人員反應及時，無人機攜帶的炸彈發生爆炸時未傷及馬杜羅本人。據稱，馬杜羅被刺殺之時有3個無人機發生爆炸。第1個位於主席台正前方，第2個位於主席台右側的軍官和家屬區域，第3個無人機在看台以南的建築附近爆炸。爆炸造成至少7名國民警衛隊士兵受傷，數千名列隊的士兵四處逃散。

事件發生後，有媒體分析稱刺殺委內瑞拉總統所用的武器，可能是攜帶C-4炸藥的民用旋翼無人機。這樣的小型民用無人機，在市場上就能買到。無人機本身沒有危害，但是無人機攜帶炸藥就可怕了。
