Golam Sarwar left the last breath at Singapore's General Hospital at 11:25 pm (Bangladesh time 9.25 minutes) at the local time on Monday. At the time of his death, he left his wife, two sons and a daughter and many appreciative people.
On August 3, the daily Samakal editor was taken to Singapore in the air ambulance. Earlier, on July 29, the journalist and editorial council president Golam Sarwar was admitted to the labaid hospital in the capital on midnight.
