The polar vortex in the USA is bringing temperatures that they haven't experienced in decades, it brings many concerns but we always have some time for fun things. One girl in Iowa showed off just how cold it was when she stepped outside with wet hair and it froze straight above her head.

That is the most extreme cold I've witnessed so far, crazy...
