Here's he's wanting Congress (who he knows is under the "Stranglehold" of Genocidal Israel) to have power to declare war.....

Maybe Sanders here in this session is simply part of the Duopoly's propaganda, opening up the narrative that USrael has gone too far, in an effort to open up retreating from some of the wars.
It's so the war machine can say "we only retreated because the lefties were pushing us to leave", so it doesn't look like they've realized it's a no win and we're getting the hell out.
