The actual order from the Governor of The United States Virgin Islands seizing the people's arms and ammunition.
What scares me most about this is that states will be watching this to see if they can get away with it. These are American citizens. And let us not forget it was done after Katrina.

This does not explain why a National Guard would need guns and ammo to battle a storm. The order itself simply doesn't make sense.
I hope people in the Virgin Islands are not foolish enough to willingly give up their guns. Bearing arms is an inalienable right. If they give that up it's GAME OVER!
Cold dead hands indeed. No matter what they dangle in front of you, never ever give up your weapons.
I'm sure all the criminals with unregistered guns will comply. Have a little faith in tyranny.
