The Signs of Times to Come

I must say, if you've been involved with cryptocurrency or happen to live in America, you can visually see that things are changing... AND FAST. There's gotta be some sorta revolution going on. Everything that's been happening has been creating and calling for some sort of economic/government reformation. Let's take a look...

The USD vs. Bitcoin

Bitcoin. Oh, bitcoin.

The necessary step in the evolution of modern day economics. Blockchain/Tangle (if you're familiar with IOTA) technology provides many creative solutions that address topics ranging from solving issues with fraud to decreasing the income gap. But unfortunately, the greedy banks and selfish baby boomers have a difficult time seeing this. Why? Because it's hard admit that you're doing the wrong thing. Bitcoin is not even the only thing attacking the USD and all other fiat systems we have. There is a plethora of other alt currencies that will probably even beat out Bitcoin. Yet we have the toxic "If I don't understand it, it's wrong" mindset in America that has a difficult seeing the purpose of cryptos. They are NOT and asset like stocks, but they are being viewed as such. Instead of trying to fight and bet against it like we will with "Bitcoin Futures" being up for trade on the stock market December 18, we should understand why this technology is worth more than the majority of the world's currencies. But nah, let's force a bubble.

Let's Cut Taxes for Corporations and the Rich (and then some)

Before, there were about 6-7 tax brackets. With this tax reform, expect there to be only 4-5. 

Why is this bad? 

Well, this tax bill was one of the most reckless, greedy, and rushed decisions we've ever seen our government make. Of course, when it comes to following what the majority wants, it can take years to see any sort of reform (just legalize marijuana and fix our gun laws already). However, when it comes to helping out the rich, a decision can be made almost as quickly as it is brought up. This bill will cut government revenue by over one trillion dollars. 

Cool, right? 

Until you find out that it's not the lower & middle classes that will keep this, it's corporations and the rich. Literally, it just made poor people more poor and it will rich people more rich. DON'T even look into the fine details of the bill if you don't want to get a heart attack. By then end of this presidency (assuming Trump is ironically re-elected) the bill calls for a tax increase to the middle and lower classes after a certain period of time (4-5 years) has passed. Worst part, because the bill is not public, it has a lot of hidden and scratched in details and proposals that really leave ya questioning... what is this administration?

The Defense Authorization Bill

I'd rather spare typing the details of this bill. It's not the bill itself that is questionable (which it is), but it's that fact that after cutting taxes, the GOP believes the next move is to increase the budget for defense by 150 billion dollars. I trust you can make your own conclusions from that... assuming you understand modern day economics and inflation.

No More Net Neutrality

'Tis the season for some bullshit scheming"

Ajit Pai has got to be either brainwashed or inept. It took this one guy (backed and urged by a various corporations) to destroy Net Neutrality. This feels like the nail in the coffin to how everything works as we know it.

It's now these corporations' next move to determine who can use the internet and how. Let's see how this goes. Hopefully someone from congress can save us. But again, let's see...

What's Next?

 You cannot deny now, it's up to developers and communities like this to call for some sort of revolution. It happens every few hundred years, right? Is it different this time? Yes. For humanity to progress, it is gonna be up to the "Good Guys". Whether it be an open sourced developer, an internet provider, content creators, crypto owners, or whomever, it's gonna be quite the war. We cannot give up. We have to continue sticking up for our rights and continue paying attention. It's because things are changing. And while they do, you may want to be on the right side of history on this one.
