I picked the post about Vietnamese food. I have to confess I was an ignorant on Vietnamese gastronomy until now.
My favorite dishes were without doubt: Bun cha Hanoi and Bahn cuon... Can you guess why? Yeah, because of the pork (yummie)
I found super interesting the way you mix pork with marine species, OMG! Just delightful.
BTW, does shoujo mean soju? xD
