I should think the EU would be "on edge" as well.

Other steel in Canada is made by:
"Essar Steel Algoma" based in Sault Ste. Marie but Essar is an Indian company.
"Evraz", a USA company.
"Gerdau", a Brazilian company.
and "U.S. Steel Canada" (which is probably a US company)

The steel industry in Canada is totally internationalized. Why would Trudeau be having a problem with us not wanting so much of their steel? Is he going to lose his business deals with the banks and other countries?
