Celebrating 100 Years of the RAF
Today there was an amazing fly past for the celebration of 100 years of the RAF. I managed to capture the following images from my back garden as we are fairly close to the flight path.
The following Aircraft were taking part.
Puma HC2
Chinook HC4
Juno H135
Jupiter H145
Dakota
Lancaster
Spitfire
Hurricane
Prefect T1
Tucano T1
Shadow R1
Hercules C-130J
A400M Atlas
C-17 Globemaster
BAE146
Sentinel
Voyager
Rivet Joint RC-135W
E-3D Sentry
Hawk T1
Hawk T2
Tornado GR4
Lightning
Typhoon FGR4
Red Arrows
I missed a couple out, disappointingly the brand new Lightning was, as its name suggests, like lightning and I didn't manage to get a good shot of it, which was a shame. It also looks like the A400M Atlas also didn't make it either. However I did get a good selection of the remaining aircraft. I have labelled the pictures as best I can from the flight information.

There was a lot of Typhoons and the reason for this is during the fly past for the Queen they made the number 100 in the sky, which I thought was a nice touch.
Al the above were taken with a Canon 80D Camera with a 55-250mm zoom lens
good shots, greetings.
Ecxelent ... !
