Litecoin (LTC) and ICON (ICX): It can be very interesting for both long & short term, worth a pick!
ICX/BTC
After months with nice profits, the currency fell back to the lowest rate (In Binance).
It's not a secret that the crypto market is in a bad shape and there is less "fresh money" at the moment, at the time the market will recover itself, ICX will be a great asset to 'work with'.
LTC/USD
Disclosure: this is one of my favorite coin in the top 50.
The technology is impressive and there are a number of interesting collaborations and partnerships.
Unfortunately, the current situation is sort of direct-result of the overall market situation.

- The largest Brazilian Bitcoin exchange, Mercado, fired more than 20 employees. Link
- Rumor: The Japanese government is trying to simplify crypto taxation process.
- Aqua Intelligence Receives Strategic Investment of 1.6 Million Dollars from Hong Kong Longtou Capital.
- ETH's market-cap: above $20B.
It seems like most of the altcoins (that aren't shitcoins) at their all-time-low, nothing special but, I agree on those two that can be a great investment for the long run.
