🚨ETC is undergoing 51% attacks?🚨

According to Coiness, ETC may has been undergoing block reorganisation. The warning was first reported by a Chinese blockchain firm, SlowMist. Later on, ETC issued a notice telling the exchanges to increase confirmation times significantly (400-4000). Then major exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken and Poloniex have suspended ETC wallet due to a possible double-spend. However, ETC tweeted about the recent issue stating that the increased hashrate could be due to ASIC manufacturer, Linzhi, testing new machines. Subsequently, the team deleted the tweet. On Jan, 7th, Coinbase reported a large number of ETC worths ~1.1M have been reorganized. As the rumour spread, ETC is undergoing small price reorganization.

In the upcoming hard forks, Constantinople, ETH will be split into three different blockchains, ETH, ETN and ETCV. Ethereum Nowa, a mysterious project with no white paper and team have been called a scam last year. An investigation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079183.0) on Bitcointalk found out that the images they use for the team are taken from the internet. After being exposed, the team section has been removed from the site. About Ethereum Classic Vision (ETCV), users who download the ETCV wallet are required (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095475.0) to input their private key in before receiving the hardfork coin. Additionally, there are also no info about their team as well. Therefore, we recommend you to stay out of them and focus to ETH.

⚠️After ETC, Dash could be the next target for 51% attack⚠️

A recent thread by a redditor, Flenst has shown that NiceHash, a mining company is currently controls over 70% of DASH’s total hash rate. Additionally, he is also able to link 3 addresses of who gathering 53% of the total hash rate of DASH network. On a side note, there have been rumours about 51% is becoming the trend of this year which means you should watch out your holding and check whether your projects are safe of 51% attack.
