An Uber Car Just Killed a Pedestrian

This is a live stream I did on the fatality in Tempe, AZ involving a homeless 49-year-old pedestrian and a semi-autonomous Uber vehicle in autonomous mode.

This stream was done before the police chief in Tempe release a statement on the yet to be finished investigation. In this statement, he said that the accident does not look like it was Uber's fault based on the dash cam footage.

This accident looks more like a Darwin award than a failure of technology. But, at the time of this live stream, I didn't have that information. I did, however, predict it.
