Colony Chronicles - Why has @UraniumFuture stopped?

This will be a quick one. At the moment we can see Dachcolony URP is inching closer to to @uraniumfuture's lead. From my last week's post, the gap got narrower. The exact number is URP 133,100 versus 341,000 gap.

A quick spy shows @uraniumfuture stopped upgrading all together on planet Y-1 to Y-6.
Planet Y-1 & Y-5 has Yamato 18 each, Planet Y-2 with Yamato 15, Planet Y-4 harbors Yamato 16, Planet Y-6 docks a Yamato 17 and finally a Yamoto 20 in Planet Y-5.

However a different story appears for DachColony. They are still upgrading from my spy tool. If their upgrade completes, it should pushed them into first place with 1,663,700 URP points. That's a marginal 107K URP more and of course extra 1200x2 steem reward.

Is Dachcolony engineering a last minute heist to overthrow the leader and get 2x the steem versus their current position?

Will @uraniumfuture sit by and be contended?

Could there be a behind-the-scene agreement between both faction?
