FIRST STEEMIT MEET-UP

It was experience both intriguing and exciting. This event took place in warri, delta state - a state I always wanted to visit but wasn't so impressed with the facilities and development if the state but fellow steemians made it worth every trouble. The event lasted for a week with different agenda for each day - conference, seminar, meet up and the reason for everything - MISS STEEM.
I met some intriguing young men and ladies who made me realize there is more in steemit than believing it's a get rich quick scheme and it's an avenue for a lot of opportunities but mostly importantly it brings different people from different backgrounds, tribe and perspective together to work as one under one roof.
Uchenna, xpenczy, ehiboss, illuminatus, nairadaddy, lordjames, destinysaid, chiama and air-clinic graced this event each giving a minute speech on different topics like cryptocurrency, how to develop your profile, medical education...........

Sincerely I thought it was going to be a boring lecture, seminar but Michael CJ proved me wrong on that by hosting this event.
Steemit is a broad chain that has made me realize you can own a business with this platform, give people opportunities and also turn your thinking/ dream to reality.
It wasn't about the people, gist, seminars or even the conference but it mostly about the interaction and communication. It made me believe that there is more to this platform than what meets the eye, we can obtain a lot more than we know and experience more than we think. This platform has made me understand a lot more and broaden my knowledge.
