Civil Engineering is an old profession that has been practised by man since he started to convert his problem-solving ideas into practical solutions.

The Civil Engineering environment in Nigerian schools should be made more technology-driven and encouraging to undergraduates to be creative, providing real life solutions to technical problems beyond the walls of their academic institutions. Fresh graduates should also be mandated to serve (NYSC) in Civil Engineering firms to acquire more hands-on soft skills relevant to the profession.

Lastly, employers need to encourage upcoming pupil engineers early in their careers to enable them measure up to their counterparts in other locations around the world, or in comparison, other Nigerian Civil Engineers in diaspora.

Great. Following you too.

As a fellow Engineer we should all unite for our country.

It is said that Engineers are very proud people. I'm yet to find a logic behind that though.

Have you met the architects?

Please, if i may ask which part of Nigeria are you referring to??
