Evil That Spreads Through My Land

I have walked through this land in my younger days and seen simplicity of life in it's form. There were the days of genuine love among the people of my land irrespective of your tribe or tongues , men value sincerity, honestly, integrity and good name to wealth and riches. Our political system was devoid of corruption, we had a stable economy the safety of lives and properties were guaranteed, our educational systems though backward was efficient and produced men of substance. Today it is not so,it's a far cry from what we've seen and know. My land is soiled with too much blood of the innocent ones, and that is why we must pray everyday for safety not to fall into the hands of the wicked. In this day where the whole world is advanced, people are still practicing the use of evil means like human sacrifice to make money and gain power.

A virus seed was planted with a long long tap root firmly rooted in my soil, this'll tree has been  nourished over time that it  greatness fill  the  entire  land it's  fruits that well over 99.8% of people feeds on it. The politicians economist,religious,education sector ordinary people of my land enjoy  the benefits of the tree. Over times there has been lots of noises on how best to cut down the branches of this tree, debate  were viewed in media  with  primary  focus  on this tree, how it crippling my land  devoid it of  rapid growth and development and people offer  suggestions on  ways of heming down the tree. But do you what? The  rulers of land in their  various  dispensation and tenure water this  tree and

they deviced  ways, created Agencies to  cut the branches of this tree. 

So far so good the selfish of of my people will not allow progress in the country, leading to many lives greatly affected, many have become desperate to the point of killing their loved ones and siblings for miney sacrifice.
