LOL I myself is just thinking how to get as much calories that I needed because I do not get much of it @natubat but then again I feel guilt when I do eat high calorie foods because I am certain that it might hurt me on long term.

There's nothing wrong with high calorie foods, as long as they are high in nutrients - vitamins and minerals. But processed sugar is addictive and has no nutrients. A little sugar is OK though :)
