Overview & Vision

In a nutshell, NOIZ Chain‘s vision is to revolutionise the digital advertising industry by utilising AI together with blockchain technology to solve the multi-billion dollar ad fraud prevalent in the industry, whilst simultaneously improving user experience.

NOIZ Chain have identified the many problems prevalent in the traditional ad space (poor sales conversion due to spam bots, inaccurate targeting, unwanted ads to name a few) and have developed a unique solution to solve these problems whilst providing a superior user experience thorough their innovative combination of AI and blockchain.

NOIZE Chain’s hybrid proof of engagement mechanism lets users engage directly with brands in return for NOIZ tokens, whilst allowing ad publishers/ advertisers to be protected from fraudulent traffic. This is a grand vision which has the potential to change the industry but will need a strong base of innovative technology and a solid strategy.

Tech & Strategy

NOIZ Chain claim to be able to deliver 30x higher engagement on advertisements and more revenue for publishers. This is achieved by a combination of two main concepts: higher and better-quality user engagement though incentives (NOIZ tokens and better ads), and innovative AI and blockchain based tech solutions allowing for the elimination of the problem of spam bots.

The tech being developed and utilised here is HUGE and deserves an article in its own right but here is an overview of some components:

Hyperledger

NOIZ Chain is using a mechanism similar to hyperledger technology, which is slightly different to a standard blockchain in that it is a private ledger which stores data only accessible to those with permission to said pieces of data.

This means that in the case of NOIZ Chain, users’ data is kept indisputably private from publishers and advertisers unless otherwise desired, giving more control back to the parties involved and making users’ data more valuable.

Cognitive ad system

The value of this private user data is utilised through NOIZ Chain’s cognitive ad system which filters out spam traffic and increases ROI using 3 forms of AI.

The first form learns how users and businesses engage with the content, such as how a user interacts with an ad or answers incentivised questions; for example, utilising a dialogue box as part of an interactive airline ad which can allow users to answer questions such as seat preference or ideal holiday destination- thereby willingly sharing personal data in return for NOIZ tokens. By analysing such behaviour, the first AI mechanism can over time effectively cater ads specific to a user and increase engagement with these ads further by incentivising with NOIZ tokens.

The other two types of AI used are runtime execution monitoring (REM), and passive monitoring. Both monitoring methods are able to effectively identify spam bots through analysing physical behaviour such as mouse movements and time to complete tasks.

This strategic use of innovative tech therefore generates clean data, optimised engagement, and increased ROI.

NOIZ Chain is proposing an impressive solution to multiple crippling problems in the ad space. But is the team capable of accomplishing such a mammoth task?

Anybody can write an impressive whitepaper and create a persuasive website; the idea is easy, it’s implementing the idea which is difficult. In the Wild West of crypto, ensuring that the team has the experience and capability required is crucial.

In the case of NOIZ chain, their team line-up is impressive to say the least. With a project with as grand a vision of revolutionising the digital advertising space, you would hope to see decades of combined experience, exceptional cross-industry knowledge, and a large team with diverse expertise. NOIZ Chain delivers on all fronts.

Each team member has a solid base of experience and the founding team members especially are notably impressive in their own right, which is very reassuring to see. Summary

It’s not often that a project manages to develop a solution to a substantial multi-billion dollar problem whilst providing a more beneficial and engaging user experience. This is exactly the type of innovative concept that blockchain is best utilised for, and if the team can deliver this is going to change the ad space without a doubt.

The team’s large size is matched by their diverse skillset, and the token metrics for ICO participation are solid. NOIZ Chain is certainly going to be an exciting project to watch develop, and will remain in the top few on my radar!
