North Korea has Nuclear weapons on it's disposal. While Iraq, Syria, now Iran doesn't own one. If USA really care about denuclearization why they don't go Nokor.
In 1953 an armistice agreement was signed between America/UN and China/ North Korea.
The USSR strongly supported it, too but had difficulties at the time due to the passing of Stalin. Russia supports it.
To put it mildly and ignoring other factors, I don't think violating it is a good idea.
Attacking Iraq Syria or Iran (none have complex agreement) is bad but at least a degree less bad than North Korea.
