Problems in your daily life

Did something happen today, yesterday or any day earlier, that got you upset, depressed or just in a bad mood?

This happens to most of us. The clue is how you deal with it.

Yes, you know this already, I know that. And when you are down it is not easy to turn your mindset to get you out of your “condition” when I say condition this is what I call a state of mind where you find your self not being at your best. At your best you deliver at the top of the scale, being focused, your mind are all in and you can handle most of the obstacles you meet. In a down condition, all problems are often much bigger and harder to tackle. The solution looks har to get and you feel the world is against you. Ever felt that? I have, think most of us have. The time you spend in this zone is often the same time you are down and out. Out of you ace game.
When you are down the easiest to do is staying negative, looking at all obstacles you have, negative input you remember, you often defend yourself by acting out on others near you.

What I do to get out of this is starting to focus on positive elements with whom I am, my capabilities, my surroundings, being thankful for what I have that I love. My wife, daughter, family etc. I can wake up everyday and have heat in the house, a house to live in, a car to take my daughter to school, yes you understand what I mean.
Is this easy? Well life is not easy, and it is not supposed to be. But the more you train at a specific thing the better you get at it. Look at athletes, the are not at there best without the work they put into training. The do this as often as they want depending on how well they want to improve. So to be better in your life with how your brain controls you, you have to start controlling your mind to work they way you want when you need it to.
If you are feeling down, it is your own job to turn it round. You can not depend on others to do it for you, then you will not be capable to solve it the next time you meet an obstacle that you can’t handle.
Always remember what you did the last time you turned you mood. Some does it with talking, some with reading others with different activities. This often helps your mind get in control of your thoughts, either to push them away and don’t put any more fuel to the negatively or it helps you sort out the negative and focus on moving on.
What you need to find out and learn is what is the best solution for you, be open minded to try new solutions on how to move on and learn.

Everyone have bad days.
Everyone meet obstacles they don’t want
Everyone will get responses they don’t want

The difference is how we deal with them.
