In the winter when Jølstervatnet is strong ice on this lake, it is possible to travel for both horse and rider. On a trip to Ålesund, we drove a car ride past Jølstervatnet and saw this beautiful horse on the ice in Jølstervatnet. Horse and rider is an excellent motive and the camera came and snapped these pictures.
The last picture shows the surrounding mountain area in Jølstervatnet.

    Thank you for the great photos of the horse with the rider on the ice.
    And we still have the heat and for a long time we will not see snow,
    and all the more robust ice.
    In our region, even the rivers do not freeze in winter.
