Yubitza Llerena de Mendiburu, fue sucumbida con hemorragia interna para posteriormente fallecer luego de a ver introducido un objeto bélico en su vagina, el doctor afirma que tal objeto media al rededor de 40 cm de longitud y 7cm de ancho, el marido asegura que el llegaba cansado del trabajo y solo dormía cuando la mujer introducía estos ''juguetes sexuales'' causándole mucho daño hasta la muerte, el hombre se encuentra en libertad pero aun es acusado por poseer armamento militar ilegal en su residencia.
