The currency had already been in place for over a year and we have holders of it. The idea is that once our partners are done creating our new payment system, we can accept steem directly for products but currently there are many steps in the process of converting from one dollar to the next and back.
i see. goodluck to you and it's a matter of time before the tech catches up as usual.
