At the table we were served a simple breakfast, a popular food in Indonesia, with the main ingredients made from cassava.

In Indonesia, we call it "GETUK UBI / SINGKONG"

This steamed cassava cakes are given red and yellow and green coloring to give encouragement in the morning.

For sweet taste, "Getuk" is served with a sprinkling of coconut mixed with sugar.
