Aw, poor lil guy, it's funny how much we are connected to tech as artists. I love the painterly look of this @ferjart is it digital oil pastel? That's one of my favourite's to use.
Thank you so much! the background process was to start from a photograph, copy the palette of colors that formed it and began to make strokes with a square brush and high opacity and modify it until I was satisfied, then in the option of artistic filters in Photoshop modify the texture with the effect of brush strokes if I remember correctly and apply several layers of Gaussian blur.
