If you are thinking of spending some vacation time in Greece, the Cyclades complex of islands is a quite obvious choice. Easy to access, this group of islands embodies the triptych sea-sun-food at its best! And Paros sure deserves to be the most popular one!

Hehe - I read your comment as well :D Sounds amazing. It's quite close and looks like you can really have a relaxing time there. What would be another 'must visit' that's sort of easily to reach from Athens?

Well, all the Cyclades islands are beautiful and each one has its own charm! Even closer are the islands of the Saronic golf, Aegina, Poros and Hydra. I would recommend the last one as the most well preserved and for the fact that there are no cars on the island. And of course the favorite weekend escape of the Athenians, the town of Nafplio, about one hour and a half drive. I hope I helped a lit bit. Do your research and let me know if I can help :)
