Una de las canciones más hermosas de la película y una 100% original de México la cual fue inspirada en una leyenda también originaria de México llamada como la canción La Llorona.

La canción en la película se presenta 2 veces, una cuando Mamá Imelda trata de detener a Miguel, y otra en el concierto de Ernesto de La Cruz cantando junto a él.

Una de las cosas que mas me gusto de la película, es que los muertos y los vivos están conectados, esos seres queridos que ya no están en la película lo hacen ver con una conexión hermosa, y si es cierto que ver una película sobre muertos con los niños puede resultar un poco perturbador. Pero la estética de la película no es tétrica, sino colorista, y el tratamiento de la muerte no es triste, sino algo reconfortante al presentar la conexión de los muertos y los vivos a través del recuerdo.

La película nos muestra que los muertos dependen, para seguir existiendo, del recuerdo de los vivos. La historia de Héctor nos muestra, además, que al final de la vida lo importante no es preguntarse “para qué sino para quién he vivido”. Tal vez, después de verla, a los niños les pique la curiosidad por conocer la historia de sus antepasados, con los que, gracias a esta película, se sentirán conectados.

One of the things that I liked most about the movie, is that the dead and the living are connected, those loved ones that are no longer in the film make it look beautiful, and if it is true that they see a movie about the dead with children it can be a bit disturbing. But the aesthetics of the film is not gloomy, but colorful, and the treatment of death is not sad, but something comforting to present the connection of the dead and the living through memory.

The film shows us that the dead depend, to continue existing, on the memory of the living. The story of Hector also shows us that at the end of life the important thing is not to ask "for what but for whom I have lived". Maybe, after seeing it, children will be curious about knowing the history of their ancestors, with whom, thanks to this film, they will feel connected.
