That is perfectly done pencils drawing, The eyes look so realistic, especially when seeing how you put the highlights and reflection of the objects in the Iris. That is something that make the look to be natural. Another difficult area that usually many artists have difficulties with are hair, using one medium you need to show the volume and sometimes the beauty of hair colour.
