[CR] "Enokitake"

Hello!
I drew Enokitake. These mushrooms grows on stumps and fallen trees.
They has a hemispherical mushroom cap, yellow-brown or honey-colored. Adult winter mushrooms are often stained brown.

Mushroom pickers gatheres these mushrooms from autumn to spring. Their uniqueness lies in the fact that they bear fruit even under layer of snow and in winter thaws mushroom pickers have many chance to find winter mushrooms.

Enokitake have a pleasant taste, they have a tender flesh. They are very well suited for pickling. Most often, these mushrooms are fried or boiled, added to various sauces and soups.

Many cooks like to add Enokitake in pies, making the filling taste more saturated and interesting. In addition, they go well with dishes from very different meats and with salads.
