Hello friends! Today I will show you one of my work from the collection "The History of the Lamps"- "Tiffany lamp".

Tiffany lamps are famous all over the world. A special assembly technique made it possible to create marvelous colored glass products, made it possible to manufacture stained unique glass windows and lamps.
Tiffany lamps got their name on behalf of the creator of the special technology of working with glass. The inventor was an American artist Louis Comfort Tiffany. (He was considered one of the famous designers of his time and a great master of stained glass).

Products and samples of glass, which he presented at the Paris exhibition, which brought him worldwide fame.
Returning to his homeland in the United States, Tiffany created his own studio. He worked with rich clients and created designs of private houses and interiors, as well as offices, churches.

Louis Tiffany created stained glass, jewelry and lamp shades from glass. But the biggest passion was still stained glass. He considered them to be a special subject on the verge of worlds: in front and behind the stained glass window. Colored glass transmits natural light, but hides what is outside the window, and the internal space is transformed by bright colors.
