Hi everyone!!!
Last night while I was sorting through the photo folders of my works, I accidentally opened one of an old work that I did for the shop window of a perfumery in my city.
It is a large wooden panel of cm250x150, decorated to mixed technique with acrilic painting and collage of fabric, trimmings, stones, and feathers.
It’s about of historic perfumery that was opened in the early twentieth century. It was the first in my city. Over the years it has changed several owners. It is about a very particular shop as particular is the current owner. She is a dear friend of mine, very imaginative, who is always attentive to the latest trends. She is always surrounded by artists, musicians, poets, sometimes she can transform her shop in theater, where you can breathe particular aromas that remind of distand lands and culture. People who walk stop in front her shop because they are attracted by her performances. We’ve put the panel in the shop window and in front of it on the table we have filled with items for sale.
Practically we can define her shop a “Boudoir” full of flowers, aromas, makeups, hats,
costume jewelry. As every year for Christmas holidays she asks me to decorate her window. And this is one of the many jobs I’ve done for her in the distant past 2005.

Ciao a tutti!!!
Ieri sera mentre stavo facendo ordine tra le cartelle delle foto dei miei lavori, per caso ne ho aperta una, di un vecchio lavoro che ho realizzato per la vetrina di una profumeria della mia città. E’ un grande pannello di legno di cm 250 x150, decorato con tecnica mista di pittura con colori acrilici e collage di stoffe, passamanerie, pietre, e piume. Si tratta di una profumeria storica che fu aperta nei primi anni del novecento. Fu la prima in città. Nel corso degli anni ha cambiato diversi proprietari. Si tratta di un negozio molto particolare, come particolare è la proprietaria attuale. E’ una mia cara amica, molto estrosa, la quale è sempre attenta alle ultime tendenze del momento. Sempre circondata da artisti, musicisti, poeti, a volte riesce a trasformare il suo negozio in un teatro, dove si respirano aromi particolari che ci rimandano a terre lontane e cultura. La gente che passeggia si ferma davanti al suo negozio attirata dalle sue performance. Abbiamo collocato il pannello in vetrina e avanti sul ripiano abbiamo riempito di oggetti in vendita. In pratica possiamo definire il suo negozio un “Boudoir” pieno di fiori, aromi, trucchi, cappelli, bigiotteria ecc. Come ogni anno per le feste di Natale lei mi chiede di addobbare la sua vetrina. E questo è uno dei tanti lavori che ho preparato per lei nel lontano 2005.
Vi piace??? All’epoca è stato molto apprezzato.
