The classic "office life" is full of comfort: you sit all day long and the routes to travel are very short. Physical activity is often overlooked, which can cause back and neck problems. Breaking the routine, however, is not that difficult: here are some simple suggestions to make the working day a little more hectic.

Those who work in the office know it well: every day, inevitably, they sit for hours in the same position in front of the screen. During working hours, the only form of physical activity is moving to reach the printer or the bathroom or to pause. Doing little movement, however, can cause muscle tension in the back or the back of the head. Walk more instead of phoning
