This infographic understates the case for the USA

The USA is actually producing over 13.5 million barrels of oil a day. Russia is probably producing less. Ukraine has gotten expert using their homegrown drones to blow up the distillation columns of oil refineries, the parts that are easiest to explode and hardest to get replacement parts and fix.

Russia has already lost about 15% of its refining capacity and after Ukraine receives its $62 billion from the USA I wouldn’t be surprised if U-drones take out over 60% of Russia’s oil refining capacity.

Future targets will include their oil and gas pipelines to China. China is foolish to support Russia in this war. China risks getting cut off from 10-30% of its imported crude oil, refined oil, and natural gas, which would cause a depression.
