Hello Dtubers and My Lovely Steemian Friends

Today I check my mint garden and see they are so beautiful, super fresh and green. That ‘s why I think I should cook some delicious food for all Dtubers. The menu today call “Thai Spicy Beef Salad” From the VDO, I am sure you guys can follow and cook this menu at home like me too.

As you know that Thai foods are herbal type of food which is balancing with salt / sour / sweet / and spicy. Also lot of vegetable that is why many people call Thai Food “healthy & yummy food”.

“Thai Spicy Beef Salad” can be a super yummy appetizer or even main dish and it is very healthy. Let’s start guys...my stomach talking now 😂 ready!!! ? Let’s cook with me. !!!

สวัสดีค่ะพี่น้องเพื่อนๆทุกท่าน

วันนี้มาทำกับข้าวสไตล์มือใหม่หัดทำอีกแล้วจร้า เรื่องของเรื่องดันเจอใบสารแหน่ในสวนเบ่งบานสะพรังเขียวขจีเอามากๆ เลยคิดว่า เอามาทำกับข้าวดีกว่าแฮะ

ก้อเลยเป็นที่มาของยำเนื้อจานนี้นั่นเอง สูตรน้ำสลัดคิดขึ้นมาเองมีความเข้มข้น เปรี้ยว หวาน เค็ม เผ็ดครบที่สำคัญวัตถุดิบเกือบทุกอย่างเป็นออแกนนิคจร้าเก็บกันสดๆจากในสวนเลย

งานนี้ผักตรึมนะคะ 5555 ด้วยความที่สามีชอบทานผักก้อเลยใส่ผักเยอะหน่อยค่ะ ส่วนเนื้อที่ใช้ตุ๊กติ๊กใช้เนื้อสเต็กออแกนนิคเลย กลิ่นหอมน่าดูตอนเอามาดาดกับไฟเพราะทำการหมักเค้าทิ้งไว้ก่อนแล้ว

งานนี้เสี่ยชอบมากติดใจสุดๆแบบนี้ค่อยมีกำลังใจเข้าครัวหน่อย อยากจะบอกเพื่อนๆว่าดีใจมากๆที่สามารถทำอาหารอร่อยถูกใจประชาชนเพราะเกิดมาไม่เคยเข้าครัวเลยค่ะ

วันนี้แม่ครัวมือใหม่ขอตัวไปหมักหมูเตรียมทำเกี๊ยวซ่าก่อนนะคะ วีดีโอชุดหน้าเจอเกี๊ยวซ่าพร้อมแป้งเกี๊ยวออแกนนิคแน่นวล รักนะจุ๊บๆๆ
