Caterers usually need a certain number of people to operate; we had one pull out of the 'Wedding From Hell' because the numbers fell.

I figured it was the numbers and our budget, she also had another event in the afternoon so I understand. These things happen unfortunately but we will soldier on ;)

Oh I did! It's really cool because what were once strangers are now good friends. So many tips and tricks and advice, it's amazing. Over time you can really develop a deeper understanding of the platform and it's underlying building blocks and how people need to think longer term with it.
The price of Steem will go up. It's just being dragged down by Bitcoin. Once we get SMT happening, it's going to go back up again.
The best part is about being re-energised and re-focused on the platform and what it can create.
I am somewhat new and smallish on the platform, but putting the work in means that I can grow exponentially over time. 23 people. :D
You guys are lucky to have matt, holo and stefan. So much brain power between the three of them. Theyve done amazing things for Steemit this year starting with the ballers.
I do hope the SMTs make a difference. Its been a really tough year and it'd help if Steem was doing well.

Slow and steady works great. Ive seen people burn out on here, but if youre keen and excited to put the work in go for it! Participation and service to the community are the most rewarding in terms of growth.
