steemit open mic semana 134 | Todo un día de gracias (Jeronimo Verdun cover by Exzorltg)
hola amigos, luego de un tiempo de apagones y gripe por fin pude grabar algo para participar en el open mic, ya van 134 semanas sin parar en las que @luzcypher y su equipo dan un gran esfuerzo para mantener a los músicos y cantantes de Steemit animados a participar y siendo recompensados por su invaluable talento.
En esta oportunidad les traigo una canción de un compositor argentino de quien ya he grabado varias versiones y que ahora lo podemos encontrar en steemit, se trata de @jeronimoverdun y su canción "Todo un día de gracias" de su disco Vosz.

will be that I'm biased and I love Spanish music, but I loved it! What do you think when you sing a cover but want to put your personal touch on it? Does it come to you spontaneously or do you have to study the way?

This is an example of what I do to put my personal touch to the songs, in the case of the guitar it has personal arrangements in the arpeggios but they are based on the original guitar of the song; It took me a couple of hours to get the arrangements, the song originally has two guitars and I look for ways to make the main melodies and do the accompaniment.
in the case of the voice I respect Jeronimo's version as much as I can, I would have loved to make the harmonies but I always keep my open mic videos as simple as I can, I will record a full version for dsound later. Thank you very much @road2horizon for supporting me, if you like Spanish music I highly recommend this great Argentinian composer, he also has a jazz-funk fusion project called Raizarbol.
