Steemit Open Mic Week 114: Cover—Wicked Game by Chris Isaak
This one is a classic. It doesn’t get more epic than this love song, and, though the model on the beach needs to eat more pancakes, the music video is pretty awesome.
This open mic entry goes out to @soundwavesphoton, who is constantly requesting Wicked Game on discord servers. It is one of my favourite songs, though I’ve never tried playing it until last night. Admittedly, my guitar skills aren’t as precise as they could be, but it was fun to be able to sing this one without too much effort and just enjoy the feel of it.

I’m figuring out my new recording gear, finally. Still have some things to learn and I'm trying to find a better program than Quicktime to capture videos, but it sounds a helluvalot better than my iPhone did. One step at a time.
