The first thing that came to mind when seeing video 2, the restraints, was to hold children who're purposed for child sacrifice rituals.
The cops should be all over it with CS looking for blood/DNA evidence.
I suppose the D.A. and 'judges' in and around Tuscon, AZ, have a vested interest in not investigating themselves?
There's a lot of fishy connections with the law enforcement around that area, and the local child trafficking fighting force named SAATURN has some subtle nods to occult symbolism. I still don't know what was found there, but everything surrounding it is getting more suspicious as more info comes in.
